Pro-Am Aqua Hand Dumbbells are designed for water aerobics, hydrotherapy and supervised aquatic rehabilitation exercises.
Manufactured from high-density EVA material, the dumbbells are lightweight and buoyant. When moved through the water, their shape and buoyancy provide resistance for a range of controlled aquatic exercises.
They are suitable for aquatic exercise classes, rehabilitation programs and individual pool workouts. The dumbbells are supplied as a pair.
